Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be a Ghanaian citizen.
• Hold an undergraduate degree (equivalent to an Australian bachelor’s degree).
• Be at least 25 years old by 1st February 2026.
• Have 5+ years of post-graduate work experience relevant to their chosen field.
• Be employed at the time of application.
• Not have previously received a long-term Australia Award.
• Women are strongly encouraged to apply.
